Registration Instructions and Payment Options

Online Registration with a Credit Card:
We are offering a convenient payment option for registration with a credit card using PayPal.
 
Please follow these steps to make an online payment:
 
1: Start by going to the IUFRO 2008 Conference Website at: http://research.eeescience.utoledo.edu/lees/IUFRO/2008MTG/ 
 
2: Click “Registration” on the menu on the left side of the page.
 
3: Download and complete the registration form (Microsoft Word File – at the top of the page), select the options that you would like to have (i.e., field trips, banquet, etc.) and calculate the total payment amount.
 
4: Click "Click here to pay".
 
5: Find the dollar amount that corresponds to the amount you have calculated and click the “Pay Now” button to the right of that number. **Please note that the GREEN column is for Regular Members and the YELLOW column is for Students or Spouses.**

6: After your payment has been sent, please e-mail your completed registration form to Jiquan.chen@utoledo.edu.

Bank Wire Transfer:

4: After you have your payment amount, use the following information to make your bank transfer:

2: Click “Registration” on the menu on the left side of the page.
 
3: Print out the form (Microsoft Word File – at the top of the page), select the options that you would like to have (i.e., field trips, banquet, etc.) and calculate the total payment amount.
 
4: Make checks payable to JIQUAN CHEN and please write “IUFRO” in the memo section of your check. 
 
5: Mail your check, along with your registration form, to:
